Returns & Refund

We extend our gratitude for your association with us. We understand that, on occasion, you may need to return a product. We have thus outlined our Returns and Refunds Policy for your understanding and compliance.

Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the parts you received, parts are damaged, or incorrect parts are delivered, Please contact us within 30 days for return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

All items being returned must be in an unused, resellable condition, and packaged well in the original boxes along with accessories and parts. Failure to return items in this condition may result in a denial of the return or a restocking fee.

Reporting of Damaged or Defective Items

In the event of damaged or defective parts being delivered to you, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance. Once we have confirmed the damage or defect, we will facilitate the replacement of the product, free of charge, or offer a full refund subsequent to the product’s return.

Procedure for Returning

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team via email at support@attaparts.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

After acquiring an RMA number, secure the item in its original packaging, ensuring all original contents are included. Send the package to the address specified by our customer service team. You will bear the cost for return shipping, and we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will initiate the return or exchange process. Please allow us 3-5 business days from receipt of the returned item to process this transaction. Upon approval of your refund, we will reimburse the amount via the original method of payment. Please note that the refund’s appearance on your credit card statement is subject to your credit card company’s processing times, which may take up to 1-2 billing cycles.

Exceptions

For products that arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to us via the customer service contact below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Exceptions: Products that have been used, modified, or damaged post-delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.
