How to create an buyer account?

Create Your User Account:
1) Find 'LOGIN/REGISTER' on the homepage or under the 'MENU' on mobile.
2) Fill in your 'Username', 'Email Address' and 'Password' and click 'REGISTER'.

After entering your account, you can add delivery address and payment method, check the status of the order, coupons you have, etc.

How to change my user name and email address?

Go to 'My Account' and find 'Account details'. Here, you can modify username, display name, and email address as you like. Don’t forget to click  ‘SAVE CHANGES’ button when you done.

How to change my password?

Just go to 'My Account' and find 'Account details'. You will see the 'Password Change' option, just enter the old password and new password and confirm, then click the 'Save Changes' button.

What should I do if I forgot the password?

Go to login page, find 'Lost your password' under 'LOGIN' to enter the password recovery page.

Enter your username or login email, click 'RESET PASSWORD', then we will send the password reset secure link to your email. Click the secure link and enter a new password to complete the password reset.

What is the warranty on the parts I purchased?

All of our products come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description.

What can I do if the part number on the old nameplate is missing?

If your old part nameplate has been damaged and the part number cannot be obtained, Please contact us and provide the brand and model of the machine, preferably with pictures of your old part, and we will do our best to help you find a suitable replacement part.

Will you restock the parts indicated as “out of stock?”

Of course, when a part is out of stock, it means that the product is being replenished, and it will generally be back in stock within 1-2 weeks. If a part is consistently out of stock, we will simply remove the listing instead of adjusting it to 'Out of stock'.

Order Issues

Do I need to register an account to purchase?

Registering a buyer account before placing an order is only an option. You can click 'Buy Now' and go directly to the checkout page to complete the purchase.
But we do need an email so we can send your order tracking number and order-related updates.

Nevertheless, we still recommend that you Register a Buyer Account so that you can check the status of your order at any time and make your next purchase convenient. 

I can't find the right part by searching part number, what should I do?

First, please make sure that the part number you are searching for is correct. You can also search by the model of the compatible machine. If you still cannot find the right part, please contact our customer service and provide the old part pictures for help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment:

Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PayPal: Customers can make payments using their PayPal account.

How do I cancel and get a refund if I made a wrong order?

When you find that you have placed a wrong order after payment is complete, please Contact Us immediately to cancel the order.
After the cancellation is complete, your refund will be returned to your account in the same way. According to the processing time of the bank, the refund usually arrives in 1-2 days.

Why was my credit card declined when checkout?

Your credit card may declined for the following reasons:

  • Card number, expiration date, billing address, and security code information are incorrect.
  • The issuing bank declined your payment, please call your bank for further assistance.

If it is not the reason above, it may also be a technical problem, please try to checkout on another browser or try another payment method.

Where can I find my order details after purchase?

Go to 'My Account' to view order details.
If you didn't register an account, please check the tracking info received in your email.

Shipping & Returns

Which countries can you ship to?

We can ship to most countries around the world, if you cannot checkout after entering the delivery address, please contact us.

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $99.
And you can check shipping rates for your order on the single product, cart, and checkout pages.

How do I get tracking number & track order status?

We will send you a shipping notification email with the tracking No. and courier after shipping.

Or, Go to the 'Track your order' page and enter the order No. & tracking No. to track your order.

You can check the latest tracking info on shipping courier's official website.

How long can I receive the parts after placing the order?

We will ship the order within 3 business days after receiving.
We use worldwide express shipping of DHL, FedEx and UPS, delivery time is 3-7 days.
If total value of the order is less than $50, Standard shipping may used, and delivery time is 8-15 days.

How to return or exchange the parts?

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the part you received, or the part is damaged, or it's delivered incorrect, please contact us within 30 days for a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

What should I do when the tracking info shows that it has been delivered, but in fact I did not receive the parts?

If the package is not received in the end:
1. Verify your shipping address. Go to the ‘My Account’ - ‘Orders’ page to confirm the shipping details for your order.
2. Check where your package was dropped off to see if it was left near your home, in the mailbox, in front of the garage, or on the lawn.
3. Check whether it is collected by family members or neighbors.
4. Your package may also be marked as delivered when the courier is ready to deliver but is unable to reach you, so please check your phone messages and emails, or call the carrier directly for more information.

After-sales Services

How do I get an order invoice?

Go to ‘My Account’ - ‘Orders’ page and find your order, you can download or print to get the invoice.

The parts I purchased are not working properly after installation?

Our parts guarantee period is 12 months. If there is a problem in use, please contact our after-sales service, and describe your problem in detail and provide relevant pictures and videos, we will provide you with return and exchange services according to the situation.

I received a wrong part, what should I do?

If you receive the wrong parts, please contact us and send us the photos of the wrong parts.

After we confirm that they are correct, we will give you the return address and resend the correct parts for you. The return shipping fee will be borne by us.

How long will it take for me to receive a refund?

Your refund will generally be credited back to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
If you do not receive your refund in time, please contact us and we will check to see if the refund was successful. You can also contact your paying bank for details.

My coupon has expired, can I apply for a new one?

If your coupon has expired, we are sorry that we cannot provide you with a new replacement coupon.
